Partnership further aligns educational missions of both companies.
Surgery Unified, Inc. and CRS Virtual Education announced today that they have entered into a strategic partnership that will allow each company to expand its educational channels in alignment with its core missions.
The agreement brings together SurgeOn’s mobile surgical social networking ecosystem and CRS Virtual Education’s educational content under one platform.
“This [partnership] will bring the surgical community even higher quality colorectal educational content, taking yet another step towards unifying surgery under one digital roof,” said Dr. Mark Soliman, co-founder and CEO of SurgeOn. “We’re incredibly excited about the energy and passion the CRS virtual ed team brings.”
Members of SurgeOn will be able to view all of CRS Virtual Education’s content free of charge as a livestream and in post via SurgeOn.
Longtime viewers of CRS Virtual Ed’s Zoom broadcast will continue to consume this content without change via Zoom but now have the additional option of SurgeOn for live and post-event community discussions.
“Our synergies are going to be so dynamic going forward,” said Dr. Ben Gough, a member of CRS Virtual Education’s leadership team. “Our educational reach and community-building will increase dramatically.”
